**Note: This article solely focuses on the Campaign Creation flows within AdZiggy.

User Goals

  1. Easy Campaign Creation: Users want a streamlined and user-friendly process for creating campaigns, even if they lack experience in online marketing. They seek a straightforward and intuitive interface that guides them through the campaign creation steps.

  2. Simplicity and Control: Users desire a balance between simplicity and control. They want the process to be easy to follow, with clear instructions and options, while still providing them with the ability to customize and have control over essential campaign details. This allows users to tailor their campaigns to specific objectives and target audiences.

By addressing these user goals, AdZiggy aims to provide an accessible and empowering platform that simplifies campaign creation for real estate agents, regardless of their familiarity with online marketing techniques.

Feasibility Testing 01


In the 1st Feasibility Testing, we aimed to gather feedback on the Campaign Creation process, specifically regarding the layout of the steps. Previously, all the steps were presented on a single screen, and we wanted to assess how users felt about this approach.

To conduct the testing, we developed a Hi-Fi UI mockup, which served as a clickable prototype. Six new interviewees participated in the testing session, with each session lasting approximately 20 minutes and consisting of nine assigned tasks.

The scenario presented to the participants was as follows:

They assumed the role of Mark, a male real estate agent based in Sydney, Australia. Seeking to promote himself and attract more potential customers, Mark learned about AdZiggy, a platform that utilizes proven AI technology for generating quality leads. The platform enables targeting prospective buyers and sellers across various digital channels, all within a single platform. Intrigued, Mark decided to give AdZiggy a try.

The purpose of this feasibility testing was to collect user feedback and insights to improve the Campaign Creation process and ensure a user-friendly experience.


Defining the Problem

Ideating The Solution

To address the identified problems, I collaborated with my team, which included a product manager, a UI designer, and an engineer. We dedicated time to ideate collectively, leveraging each team member's expertise. During this ideation session, we engaged in quick and rough sketching to generate ideas and explore potential solutions.


New User Flows & UI

After careful consideration, we made significant updates to the Campaign Creation Flows. Our aim was to provide users with clear and structured steps, enhancing the overall user experience. To achieve this, we divided the process into four distinct stages. This new approach ensures that users can easily navigate through each step and understand the progression of their campaign creation.


Additionally, we improved the user interface (UI) to enhance user comprehension and make the entire process more intuitive. The updated UI design focuses on clarity and simplicity, allowing users to easily grasp the information and interact seamlessly with the platform. These changes were implemented to ensure a smoother and more user-friendly Campaign Creation experience.

Feasibility Testing 02


In the 2nd Feasibility Testing, we aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the new UI and user flows by creating an updated Hi-Fi prototype. The prototype underwent testing with four participants, allowing us to gather valuable feedback and insights.

During the testing sessions, we addressed several pain points and received positive feedback from the participants regarding the improvements made. However, it's important to note that we also encountered some new problems that require attention and further refinement.

The insights gained from this feasibility testing will guide us in refining the UI and user flows, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive experience for users. By addressing the identified issues, we aim to provide an enhanced and user-friendly Campaign Creation process.

**Note: During the course of managing this project, I received an internal transfer offer to a different team. As a result, my previous team took over the responsibility for this project. They addressed and resolved the problems I had identified during Feasibility Testing 02 after my involvement concluded.
